Breast Cancer Research and Awareness
In 1992, ZTA adopted The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation as its national philanthropy and began to sponsor the Survivor Recognition Program at the Race for the Cure. That sponsorship has continued for 20 years. Later, the Fraternity broadened its focus to encompass not only the Komen Foundation, but also other educational means dedicated to fighting breast cancer through education, awareness and promoting breast health.
Proceeds & Donations
Proceeds benefit, through the Zeta Tau Alpha Foundation, breast cancer education and awareness, the Komen Race for the Cure Survivor Program, scholarships, educational programming and leadership development. If you are unable to attend but wish to make a donation to the Zeta Tau Alpha Foundation, your gift is tax deductible.
